TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Unless otherwise stated,
all terms of sales are Net 30 Days. Payments for all purchases are
in due in 30 days from the date of invoice. Payable in U.S. Funds.
We will assess late
charges of 1.5% per month for each month or portion thereof, or such
lesser amount permitted by law on past due balances; balances not paid
by the first day after the due date.
Should an account be
placed in litigation because of non-payment, BEAVER VALLEY SLAG, INC.
shall be entitled to costs and attorney fees in the collection of the
said account.
Pennsylvania law shall
apply, Pennsylvania courts shall have jurisdiction, and the venue shall
be in the city of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.
